The Chandelier in Agia Sophia, Thessaloniki

The most impressive thing I saw inside Agia Sophia Church in Thessaloniki is the big, bright and beautiful chandelier. It had so many Gryphons having a lamp holder on the head. Gryphon is a legendary creature with the body, tail, and back legs of a lion; the head and wings of an eagle; and an eagle's talons as its front feet.
