Seville Cathedral, Spain

Seville Cathedral was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987. This was built on the site of grand Almohad Mosque in the years 1402 – 1506. It was hard to capture the cathedral and its bell tower (Giralda) in the same frame. Giralda (ht. 105m) was the minaret of the mosque that existed there. Flamenco Dance Show, Seville, Spain

Watching a Flamenco Dance was in the top of our must do list in Seville. There was this theater La Casa Del Flamenco close to the hotel we were staying which had the Flamenco Dance shows in the evening.

Road Trip Seville to Cordoba, Spain

Another hectic plan for the day! After the near tiresome day at Granada and drive from Granada to Seville I was surprised to see the family all eager and full of energy for the next road trip. 141kms to Cordoba! It was one hectic sight seeing of Granada which started at 6.30 in the morning and went on non stop till 8.30 in the evening. The next night halt was planned at Seville which is 250kms west of Granada. Google maps showed estimated time of travel by road as 2 h 39mins.
